Introduction
Council ran its Biennial Youth Survey 2026 to better understand young people's interests, concerns and needs in Moonee Valley. This is to help ensure our events, programs and services are relevant, engaging and useful for Moonee Valley youth. This consultation is now closed, and we are reviewing the findings. Thank you to all those who provided feedback!
Community engagement
Council invited all young people aged 12-25 who live, work, play or go to school in Moonee Valley to share their thoughts to help us deliver even better programs in our community. Young people with ideas for an event, or how we could improve our programs, activities or services, were encouraged to provide feedback.
We will use the feedback collected to help deliver Council programs, activities and events that young people want and need.
Ways young people could get involved
Young people were invited to share their ideas about Council youth programs by:
- Completing a survey, online or in hard copy
- Attending an in-person pop-up event - listed on this page
- Recording a message via a Speak Pipe tool on this page
- Emailing, calling or writing to Council via our contact details below
This input will help create a youth friendly city with events, programs and activities young people in Moonee Valley want to see.
