Melbourne Water will be ‘reimagining’ another section of Moonee Ponds Creek.
Continuing from recent works, a further section of the creek in Strathmore and Pascoe Vale will be similarly transformed into a more natural and enjoyable community space.
This is thanks to a $11.4 million investment from the Victorian Government into Melbourne Water’s Reimagining Your Creek Program, and $5 million from the Australian Government’s Urban Rivers and Catchments Program.
To help shape the next stage of Reimagining Moonee Ponds Creek, Melbourne Water want to know your thoughts on the first section that’s been transformed, what you enjoy doing there, what features you like the most, and if there’s anything you would like to see improved upon as they progress the project.
