Homes Victoria are building more homes through the redevelopment of the Dunlop Avenue housing site in Ascot Vale.

This project will deliver 106 homes that are modern, well-designed and energy efficient, complimented by new communal areas inside and outside the building.

This project is a partnership between the Commonwealth Government’s Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF) and the Victorian Government’s Big Housing Build.

Homes Victoria are delivering more social housing close to shops, transport and services, right in the heart of Ascot Vale.
