Homes Victoria has commenced planning for the redevelopment of Dunlop Avenue (Stage 2), Ascot Vale. The redevelopment will result in 101 newly built homes that are modern, well-designed and energy efficient, supported by new improved communal areas.
This project is being delivered in partnership between the Commonwealth Government's Housing Australia Future Fund and the Victorian Government.
Resident and community ideas and lived experience plays an important role in shaping designs and plans.
Homes Victoria want to find out what is important to you about:
- Precinct what do you think is important for how these new homes fit into the surrounding area
- Shared community spaces (outdoors) such as community gardens and sitting areas.
- Shared community spaces (indoors), such as courtyards, places to meet with neighbours, or places to pause in building foyers.
- Private spaces such as homes that are energy efficient and meet modern living standards.
