Holland Court, Flemington will be developed as part of the Victorian Government’s investment into social and affordable housing. The project will provide 285 new homes, including 50 social and 235 affordable homes. The development will also include quality public spaces that residents and the wider community can enjoy.
Homes Victoria are calling on residents, property owners, the community, Council and other stakeholders to view the plans for the Holland Court, Flemington site and provide feedback until 11.59pm on Monday 23 October 2023.
They are interested in hearing the community's thoughts on:
- New buildings and homes
- Creating a welcoming and secure neighbourhood
- Moving around the Flemington housing site
- Resident and community spaces.
