Council is preparing a streetscape plan to help shape the future of the Keilor Road, Niddrie. The extents of this study is from Graves Street in the east to Ryder Street in the west. It will also extend to the community centre to the north and the Wallis Mall carpark in the south.

The plan will collect feedback from the general local community, Chamber of Commerce, restaurateurs as well as seeking information from stakeholders like Vic Roads, Yarra Trams and service authorities. This information will then guide a streetscape master plan which will outline a design approach and an implementation plan for future capital works improvements with an indicative time frame for each.

Community engagement stage has now closed. The draft of the streetscape plan is now being developed and will be released for further feedback later this year.
