Council previously endorsed a process to sell part of the ROW to the owners of 18 Bayview Terrace.

At the time, an objection was submitted by an adjoining owner, which was not considered in the original decision.

In response, Council officers have reviewed the vehicle access requirements and have proposed a revised land parcel for disposal.

The updated proposal involves selling a smaller portion of the ROW to the owners of 18 Bayview Terrace. This revised parcel will ensure adequate vehicle access for all adjoining owners, addressing the concerns raised in the earlier objection.

To comply with Council’s statutory obligations contained in section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 and Council’s Community Engagement Policy, this notice is published to invite your feedback in response to this proposal from 8 October until 5 November 2025.
