The owners of 147 Park Street have expressed interest in acquiring part of the adjoining ROW. In response, Council officers conducted a review of the site with particular consideration given to the vehicle access requirements of adjoining owners.

Following this review, Council officers determined that the subject land is not reasonably required for public use and that its disposal would not impact existing vehicle access arrangements for adjoining owners. The proposed sale is therefore considered to have minimal impact on surrounding properties and access patterns.

To comply with Council’s statutory obligations contained in section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 and Council’s Community Engagement Policy, this notice is published to invite your feedback in response to this proposal from 8 October until 5 November 2025.
