Built Form

  • Preferred building heights of 22m, with a mandatory Floor Area Ratio control of 3.5:1

Access and Movement

  • Option of underground/aboveground multi-deck car park on Shuter Street with opportunity for:
    • More car parking
    • New public open space at the ground level
    • Deep soil plantings to accommodate large trees
  • Improved walkability by creating raised pedestrian crossing at the Shuter Street/Puckle Street intersection
  • Shared bicycle and vehicle area on the southern end of Shuter Street
  • Bicycle lanes on either side of the Moore Street
  • Traffic calming measures to reduce vehicle speeds at the Moore Street/Gladstone Street intersection

Streetscape

  • More tree plantings along Shuter Street and Moore Street, including planter boxes
