Council owns 10 Eric Street, Essendon, VIC, 3040 under Certificate of Title Volume 10104 Folio 361.

This property was purchased with the intention of exploring the opportunity to continue the shared path and linear park along Moonee Ponds Creek.

Consideration of options for this property determined it is surplus to Council requirements, and that Council should commence the statutory process to dispose of the property. Council's resolution about this, and a summary of the property assessment findings is provided under the Additional information section of this page.

Proceeds from the sale of this property will be returned to the Property Sales Reserve.
