Montgomery Park Master Plan was adopted by Council on 29 January 2019 to guide
the design and possible future development of the park for the next 15 years.
Since the plan was adopted, further technical investigations and onsite developments
have resulted in some changes to the proposed landscape upgrades for the park. A key change was the construction of a new kindergarten in a different location to that shown in the master plan. This has altered the future layout of some elements in the park. Other changes include the installation of a temporary pump track, the proposed removal of the cricket nets and further viability analysis of the stormwater harvesting and treatment system.
