Moonee Valley City Council is seeking to understand the level of community support for our Draft Annual Plan 2026/27.
Every financial year, Council produces an Annual Plan that details key initiatives scheduled for delivery over the next financial year.
These activities work towards the strategies of our Council Plan 2025-29, and are informed by our MV2040 community vision and long-term strategy.
Council then provides updates about the progress of the Annual Plan through quarterly reports to Council, and then in our Annual Report.
Have your say
Significant engagement has already occurred during the development of the Council Plan 2025-29, and that engagement has informed the scope of work detailed in this Draft Annual Plan.
Council is now inviting community feedback about the Draft Annual Plan 2026/27.
Between 29 April and 27 May, community members can provide feedback by:
- completing an online survey
- recording feedback via the SpeakPipe tool
- emailing, phoning or writing by mail to Council
Draft Budget 2026/27
The Annual Plan is closely linked with our budget for the next financial year. The Draft Budget 2026/27 will shortly also be available for consultation. If you'd like to have your say about the Draft Budget, visit the Your Say page to submit more feedback. The Draft Budget consultation will be live from 30 April 2026.
